Refund policy

At K-Leap Global, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and worry-free. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will make the return process simple and fair.


1. Quick & Easy Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase—required for processing returns.

Important: For defective goods, Ontario law provides rights that may exceed this 14-day period. Defective items can be returned, replaced, or refunded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002.


2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email shop@k-leapglobal.com with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. Then schedule a video call to confirm the eligibility. This ensures hygiene and safety compliance.
  2. Return Approval:
    Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.

  • We cover return shipping only for defective or incorrect items. All other returns are at your expense.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected, using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after approval.

  • Defective or Wrong Item: Full refund including return shipping.
  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Order: Return shipping is not covered.
  • Hygiene Products: Cannot be returned once opened, except if defective.
  • Late Returns: Requests after 14 days are eligible only for defective goods; otherwise, return shipping is at your cost.

4. Exchanges

  • We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you want.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Minor dents or marks on outer packaging do not constitute product damage. Only the product inside is covered.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Opened personal care products

All returns must be pre-approved.
